 Can you send me swatches of material?
If you'd like to see any of our silk swatches, we can send you those in the mail.  Just contact us and let us know which colors you'd like to see.  We are happy to provide this service free of charge!

We ship worldwide.  Wherever you are, we can get your shoes to you!

 How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Shipping in the US is FREE.  Free?  Yes, free!  International shipping is only $25.  Regular shipping  takes approximately 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping costs  within the US is $25 and takes approximately 1-2 days.  We ship using FedEx.  Remember, all shoes (except rush orders) take approximately 6-8 weeks from the time you place your order until we ship your shoes.

 How do I know what size shoe to order?
We run very true to size so your best bet is to order the size you buy the most.  For more help please refer to our size chart.

 I want to make sure I order the correct heel and platform height, how do I measure that??

Can you do wide/narrow shoes?
We offer all shoes in wide (C) and narrow (A). Please note that we are unable to accept returns for these orders.

 What if I have very big/small feet?
We can easily go as small as a 34 and as large as a 42. Select styles can be done as small as size 31 or as large as 44. We’re happy to work with you!  Please contact us to discuss your exact needs.

 I’m getting married and am not liking traditional bridal shoes, can you make me something special?

Congratulations!  And of course we can make your wedding shoes!   Check out our beautiful bridal sections in both “buy it now” and “product gallery” for easy selections and inspiration.  Keep in mind, we can create any shoe on the site in a neutral, white or metallic color.  If you still don’t see what you want, contact us and we can discuss additional options.

 This is a great idea – can I buy a gift certificate?
You sure can!  Just click here to get started. Gift certificates come in a giftable box and tied up in pretty ribbon so you don’t have to do anything! They can be mailed anywhere in the world.  OR, if you prefer we can do an e-card and the lucky gal will have it in her inbox in a matter of hours.  If you're on your way to her birthday party and realize you're empty handed, call us - sometimes we can do it in a matter of MINUTES! Better be safe than sorry, gentelmen...
