As all our shoes are handmade to our customers' exact specifications, all shoes take 6-8 weeks.

 I’m a skeptic – where can I go to see your shoes and materials?
We have a by-appointment-only showroom in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles and love to have visitors!  Please contact us to schedule an appointment.  We have a bunch of samples as well as material swatches for you to look at and play with.  (Shhh – don’t tell, but we do offer a bigger array in person!).  If you'd like to see any of our silk swatches, we can send you those in the mail.

 Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.  Wherever you are, we can get your shoes to you!

 How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
**For the holiday season, all US regular, shipping is FREE.  Free?  Yes, free!  International shipping is only $15.  Regular shipping  takes approximately 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping costs $25 and takes approximately 1-2 days.  We ship using FedEx.  Remember, all shoes (except rush orders) take approximately 6-8 weeks from the time you place your order until we ship your shoes.

 How do I know what size shoe to order?
We run very true to size so your best bet is to order the size you buy the most.  For more help please refer to our size chart.

Can you do wide/narrow shoes?
We offer all shoes in wide (C) and narrow (A). Please note that we are unable to accept returns for these orders.

 What if I have very big/small feet?
We can easily go as small as a 35 and as large as a 42. Select styles can be done as small as size 31 or as large as 44. We’re happy to work with you!  Please contact us to discuss your exact needs.

 I’m getting married and am not wowed by bridal shoes that are being offered, can you make me something special?

Congratulations!  And of course we can make your wedding shoes!   Check out our beautiful bridal sections in both “buy it now” and “product gallery” for easy selections and inspiration.  Keep in mind, we can create any shoe on the site in a neutral, white or metallic color.  If you still don’t see what you want, contact us and we can discuss additional options.

We sure can! Whether you want everyone exactly coordinated or just want to pick a color and let your girls design their own shoe, we’re here for you! Plus, if you order three or more of the same shoe we are happy to give you a discount. For more information please check out our bridal section.

 This is an awesome idea – can I buy a gift certificate?
You sure can!  Just click here to get started. Gift certificates come in a giftable box and tied up in pretty ribbon so you don’t have to do anything! They can be mailed anywhere in the world.  OR, if you prefer we can do an e-card and the lucky gal will have it in her inbox in a matter of hours.  If you're on your way to her birthday party and realize you're empty handed, call us - sometimes we can do it in a matter of MINUTES! Better be safe than sorry, gentelmen...

 I’m an animal lover – can you make me vegetarian shoes?
Yes! We support our vegan clients and are happy to make our same beautiful designs with non-leather materials. The options may be a bit limited but we are happy to work with you. Please check out our animal friendly section for more information.  Also, feel free to use our shoebuilder band either use the naturally animal friendly material (velvet, fabric, glitter) or select from our leathers or patents as a color guide.  Either way, please make a note at checkout that you would like an animal friendly shoe.  That way, we will use a synthetic liner and a compressed rubber bottom sole.

 I believe in giving back to the world – will you do fundraisers for my awesome charity?
As long as we agree with the mission statement of your charity, we are happy to work with you on a fundraiser by donating a percentage of our sales to your cause. In fact, we love doing that! Pro-global warming, anti-children, or haters in general need not apply.
