Terms and Conditions

We are proud of our Milk & Honey™ shoes and want you to be perfectly pleased with your purchase.  Nothing makes us sadder than shoes left in a shoebox – fabulous footwear should be your support no matter where life takes you.      

** If you are unhappy with your shoes, for any reason, you can return or exchange them, unworn, within 30 days -- this includes shoes created using our shoebuilder!** 

Simply let us know the issue.  If we can fix it, we will.  If we can remake your shoes in a different size, we are happy to do that.  If you'd prefer your money back, just let us know. 

***EXCEPTIONS*** - Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for special orders (this means special order fabrics, shape changes or any features that we do not offer on our shoebuilder), wide or narrow shoes and shoes below size 35 or above size 41.  We are also unable to accept returns on gift cards.  Additionally, if you chose to remake your shoes, your second pair of shoes are final sale -- they cannot be returned or remade a third time.

PLEASE NOTE - The above return policy does not apply to vouchers purchsed through GILT or RUE LA LA.  For these purchases you may exchange your shoes for a different size only.  With LIVING SOCIAL purchases of our tights, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns.

License to your creation.  As part of the Milk & Honey™ service we will be incorporating your designs, materials, suggestions, and creative input (your "submissions") into the creation of products.  You hereby grant to Milk and Honey Shoes, LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, assignable, sub-licensable nonexclusive, right and license to use your Submissions in all media and products existing now or created in the future, in any manner including for commercial use (e.g. selling products that may incorporate your Submissions).
