Fashion Week: Day #3

The shows are in full swing and I’ve found my groove! Back and forth between the great space at MILK and the tents at Lincoln Center.
Jill Stuart — So let’s start with the fact that Kris Humphries and Scott Dissick are sitting front row… WITHOUT Kim and Kourtney. I will never quite fully understand everyone’s obsessions with all thing Kardashian. It has surpassed any sort of rationale or reason… but I digress. Back to Jill. Her show was like being inside a vat of Magnolia frosting — pinks, mint greens and pale yellows.
Fashion Week: Day #2

If everyone is hungover from the insanity that was Fashion Night Out, you can’t tell. The tents are in full swing and I’m surrounded by about 50 fashion bloggers typing furiously about the spectacular shows.
Without further ado… highlights from day two:
Peter Som – Clearly bold colors are the trend here with Peter Som showing oranges, cobalt blue and pinks – lots of floral prints. Crazy points for the shiny eel leather used in both a deep pink trouser skirt as well as a fabulous yellow dress.
Fashion Week: Day #1

GAME. IS. ON! Lincoln Center is buzzing. The rain has finally stopped and there are gorgeous people everywhere. Phones are all charged, everyone is bright eyed. Miss Piggy and Anna Wintour are on the cover of The Daily, so things are good.
For Fashion’s Night Out during New York Fashion Week, Sarah Jessica Parker made an appearance at Manolo Blahnik to launch the reinvention of her classic Carolyne shoe.
