When designing her owns shoes, she went through a bunch of different designs – even whipping out a sketch pad at a point! – before arriving to her perfect combination of pony hair Zebra with a heel of Royal Blue Suede. The elegant black and white pattern is off-set by the fun choice of a pop of color in the back.
Says Malin, "When I thought about what I wanted to design, one of the first things that came to mind was creating a shoe with an edge. Something that was a little more daring than just a black leather pump. I always love spicing up a clean and classy look, like a little black dress with a pair of funky shoes. These are even great to pair with a pair of tight skinny blue jeans and black T-shirt. It is a fun and original way to make a statement! The charity that I chose to donate proceeds to is an unbelievable organization called the Somaly Mam Foundation. Somaly Mam is an amazing woman and I recommend everyone to go out and read her book, The Road of Lost Innocence. I support this Foundation because she's a strong woman who has risked her life to help save many girls under fire for human trafficking. This is an organization that I've become very passionate about and personally invested in."
