New York Fashion Week left us with lots to look forward to for Spring 2013! As there is so much to look at, we took the opportunity to narrow it down to a couple of trends we saw among numerous designers and chose 5 of the top best shoe looks to share.
One trend we'll see starting this Fall and continuing into Spring is metallic embellishments, especially cap toes as shown by Michael Kors:

We love the way Oscar de la Renta used the metallic design on the counter of the shoe and combined it with cutouts - another trend!

You can design your own shoes with metallic touches similar to our Well Heeled pointed toe pump with silver back spectator trim:

You can also create your own shoes using cut outs. A great example is the Tango shoe below (in Tangerine AND with a t-strap. So many trends in only one shoe!)

True to form, Jason Wu showed a great combination of mesh and blinged out heel.

While we don't yet offer mesh, you can bling your heart away with Milk & Honey as you can see on our Firecracker shoe featuring real Swarovski crystals.

It wasn't our favorite of the trends (thus none of our own take on it) but so many designers showed it, we felt it couldn't be left out. Many designers introduced their take on athletic footwear. And while we love our Converse, we don't want to mix them with our pumps. See examples below from DKNY and 10.3.1 Phillip Lim to decide for yourself.

And that's enough of Spring 2013 for now as we are just getting excited about buying boots!
