Ok, we love shoes (obviously), and we love cheese. But, shoes made of cheese - really? A UK fashion student created these shoes using bread and West Country cheddar to promote the region's cheese. Apparently Pilgrims Choice Cheddar commissioned the shoes to launch a national 'cheese couture' competition.  The designer used a block of cheddar to sculpt the heel and a stale cheese sandwich for the platform.  The embellishments were created from melted cheddar molded into various shapes. We consider ourselves creative thinkers, but this combo seems like a real stretch!
